Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid) is considered the gold standard in skin care. L-Ascorbic acid is notorious for being hard to work with, unstable and is often replaced in skin care products with less effective synthetic variations of Vitamin C. This product is pure L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), pH balanced at 3.5 which is the maximum effectiveness rate. When your Vitamin C serum turns a solid orange, or even brown, the product has oxidized and is no longer effective for skin care - and you should discard.
Sold in 20 ml ( 0.68 fl oz ) black UV resistant black dropper bottles to maintain the maximum shelf life possible. For longest shelf life it is recommended to keep refrigerated. This bottle should last 4-6 weeks depending on usage, and will remain stable for that time period when properly stored.
For best results, shake before use, use 3-4 drops up to twice daily after your toner. Allow to absorb and follow up with a cream to seal in the serum.
